George MacIntyre is already working to land some top recruits after committing to Tennessee
Mark Zaleski / The Tennessean / USA TODAY NETWORK

2025 five-star quarterback George MacIntyre committed to the Tennessee Vols on Monday morning and he's already working to bring some top talent to Rocky Top.

MacIntyre quickly made pitches to 2025 four-star wide receiver Cameron Sparks and 2025 five-star offensive lineman David Sanders Jr to join him at Tennessee.

Sparks, 6-foot-3/210 lbs from Chattanooga, TN, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 1 athlete in the nation and the No. 2 player in the state of Tennessee.

Sanders, 6-foot-6/270 lbs from Charlotte, NC, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 1 offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina.

Sparks and Sanders were both at Tennessee for a visit last November for the Vols' game against Georgia.

The Vols have a chance to put together an incredibly special 2025 recruiting class. And with MacIntyre already committed to Tennessee, it increases the chances of that special 2025 class becoming a reality.
