The Georgia Bulldogs are strongly recruiting a few different 2026 quarterbacks, mainly five-star Jared Curtis along with four-star prospects Bowe Bentley and Dia Bell. But the Bulldogs are also courting another possibility.

On3's Jeremy Johnson reported Thursday that Georgia invited 2026 quarterback Jarmarcus Harrison to the program's G-Day, which will include the team's annual spring scrimmage Saturday. Harrison is expected to accept the invitation.

“I look forward to being in that type of atmosphere and feeling that type of energy,” Harrison told Johnson. “I also look forward to meeting some coaches and seeing some high-level football being played.”

The 6-foot-4, 186-pound quarterback hasn't received a star rating from 247 Sports. The recruiting website actually listed Harrison as an athlete.

But according to 247 Sports, the quarterback has received offers from other local programs -- the Georgia State Panthers and Kennesaw State Owls. Harrison is from Gainesville, Ga.

Harrison confirmed Johnson's report with a tweet that he will be at Georgia's spring game.

"I'll be in Athens this weekend," Harrison wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

The quarterback is the cousin of Georgia safety Malaki Starks, who could be a first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Harrison also plays high school basketball. The two-sport star attends East Hall High School.
