Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs are on an absolute recruiting tear, rapidly climbing the national rankings and showing no signs of slowing down.
What started as the nation’s No. 6 recruiting class for 2026 has now surged to No. 2 overall, thanks to a hot finish to June that saw Georgia land nine commitments in just nine days.
And the fireworks may not be over.
According to DawgsHQ’s Rusty Mansell, July could be just as explosive, if not more so, than the Bulldogs' strong finish to June.
Mansell teased on X/Twitter that fans should get ready for what’s ahead, suggesting that more major commitments could be on the horizon for Georgia.

If that prediction holds true, it wouldn't be surprising to see Georgia make a run at the No. 1 recruiting class in the nation for 2026 before summer ends.
For Smart and the Dawgs, the message is clear that the hunt for the next wave of elite talent is only heating up.
