Alex Golesh feels Auburn had a good BYE week ahead of the Tigers returning to the field against Georgia.

Golesh reflected back on the time off while talking to reporters on Monday.

"Allowed us to take a deep dive on all three sides of the ball into us early in the week, as we transitioned over to Georgia in the middle part of the week," Golesh said. "Allowed us to really look at what are we really good at. What are we not? And we do it every week, but it gave you an opportunity to take a deeper dive into it. I thought it was positive in a lot of ways for us. And then in the middle of the week, got on the field three times, worked on Georgia, worked on some of us and then we're able to get out at the end of the week and get on the road recruiting, which I thought was also really big for us."

Auburn will travel to Athens to take on the Bulldogs on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. CT, and the game will be broadcast on ESPN.

Georgia is the No. 1 team in the country after beating the Crimson Tide. Auburn will enter the game 3-2 this season.
