Jalen Milroe’s mother sends him emotional message after getting drafted by Seahawks

Jalen Milroe’s mother Lola Milroe shared an emotional congrats after the Seattle Seahawks drafted the talented quarterback.

Milroe was drafted by the franchise in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft. The Texas native was Alabama football’s starting quarterback for two seasons before taking his talents to the NFL.

The Seahawks released the message via Instagram on Sunday.

“We are incredibly proud of you,” Lola Milroe said. “You have worked incredibly hard to get here. We know the journey has not been easy, but you’ve stayed steadfast. You have remained faithful, and God has shined his light on you, and here you are.”
