Jason Kelce is widely considered one of the greatest centers in NFL history. He played 13 seasons in the NFL, all with the Philadelphia Eagles . During his iconic career, the former Cincinnati Bearcats standout was named to the All-Pro first team six times and made seven Pro Bowl appearances.
Kelce also helped lead the Eagles to a Super Bowl title during the 2017 season, marking the franchise’s first NFL championship since 1960.
Kelce retired in 2024. Since then, the 38-year-old has been busy with his work within and around football. In addition to being a full-time ESPN analyst for NFL games, Kelce also hosts a very successful podcast with his brother, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.
Jason and Travis Kelce released the latest episode of “New Heights” on Wednesday. Their special guest for the episode was NFL icon Greg Olsen, who transitioned into a highly successful broadcasting career after his retirement.
One segment of “New Heights” is “New News,” where the brothers share random updates about themselves. On Wednesday’s episode, Travis Kelce announced his brother’s decision to finally give in and join TikTok.
“Final piece of new news, Jason has joined TikTok,” Travis Kelce said.
“That's right, Travis, I've finally done it. I have two videos, I think they're both very high quality,” responded Jason Kelce, who then went on to describe his TikTok experience thus far.
“Yeah, so I'm on TikTok,” Jason Kelce continued. “I don't know what I'm doing, I really don't understand how it works.”

While both Jason and Travis Kelce have firmly established themselves as prominent figures in mainstream media, neither of them is a social media expert. Travis Kelce already took the leap and has been on TikTok for years now. It was only recently, however, that Jason Kelce finally decided to jump on the bandwagon.
Apart from Jason Kelce’s big social media move, the brothers also discussed the NFL playoffs in their recent episode. Unfortunately for Travis Kelce, he is on the outside looking in.
The Chiefs missed the playoffs for the first time since 2014 after finishing the regular season with a 6-11 record. Travis Kelce played his part for the team, registering 108 catches for 851 receiving yards and five touchdowns. It was far from enough, though, as the Chiefs produced their worst season in the Travis Kelce-Patrick Mahomes era.
