Michigan State football is bringing veteran defensive end Khris Bogle back after withdrawing from the transfer portal.
The Michigan State football defensive line is getting help and that is with the return of Khris Bogle. Early on Thursday morning, it was announced that Bogle would be withdrawing from the transfer portal and returning to East Lansing.
Michigan State defensive lineman Khris Bogle has withdrawn his name from the transfer portal, @chris_hummer and I have learned for @247sports.
Bogle, who entered the portal Dec. 9, is a former top-50 recruit who transferred to MSU from Florida.https://t.co/JOZMwcp4B7 pic.twitter.com/RLHKqwdu1s

The defensive line is a position in which Michigan State needs more depth and having a player like Bogle returning will positively impact the team.
What type of impact will Bogle have? He is going to be one of the more veteran guys on the defensive line. Not only is Bogle going to be a veteran on this team for a pretty young defensive line, he also has experience starting for Michigan State this past year.
Not only has he started for Michigan State, but he’s also one of the returning players from last year’s defense who will hopefully step up now that Jacoby Windmon has declared for the NFL draft. If he can step up and become one of the most consistent pass rushers, Michigan State’s defensive line could be really good in 2024. With Khris Bogle, Derrick Harmon, and others returning, this is a great opportunity for the defensive line to cause issues for other teams, while still having some of the younger guys getting playing time as well.
Michigan State is still waiting to hear back from other players on the defensive line about if they’re going to come back but this is a great start as Bogle should be an impact player next year on the defensive line. Let’s hope he’s joined by Bai Jobe, Andrew Depaepe, and Jalen Thompson.
