The No. 8 Oregon Ducks (6-1, 3-1 Pac-12) will face the California Golden Bears (3-4, 1-3 Pac-12) at home in Eugene on November 4.

On Monday the Pac-12 announced that game will kick off at 2:30 pm PT and will be broadcast on Pac-12 Network.

The Ducks have won the last two matchups against the Golden Bears, taking home a 42-24 victory on the road in Berkeley last season.

Cal isn't playing the best football, but they did keep their games against Auburn (14-10) and Oregon State (52-40) relatively close.

Justin Wilcox and the Golden Bears have had revolving door at quarterback, switching between a trio of Sam Jackson V, Ben Finley and Fernando Mendoza this season. Jackson transferred in from TCU and Finley transferred in from North Carolina State.

They've both played in five games so far and while Finley has the edge in passing yards, he's also turned the ball over more. The Golden Bears offense runs through sophomore tailback Jadyn Ott, who has logged 601 rushing yards in 2023.

Oregon is coming off a strong 38-24 win over the Washington State Cougars at home in week 8 and they'll head to Salt Lake City for a battle against Kyle Whittingham and Utah before they return home to Eugene to face Cal.

The Ducks' offense remains among the most effective and explosive in the country and the defense continues to make strikes each week, particularly in getting after the quarterback, logging six sacks against the Cougars.

Cal has given Oregon close games plenty of times over their history and the Ducks shouldn't overlook the Golden Bears, even though they outmatch them on paper.
