The hype is back. Trailers for EA Sports' College Football 26 have begun to trickle in, and there are new features and updates that will be exciting for folks who play the game. For the LSU Tigers, a new trailer had a key offensive player make an unreal play to showcase an ability in this year's version of the game.

Nic Anderson could be a glitch for LSU

The former Oklahoma wide receiver is set to be a key piece for the passing game alongside some other major talent. In the latest trailer for this year's video game, Anderson made an unbelievable play.

*Keep in mind that this is an expectation that this player is Anderson in the game.

He is listed as number four on the team's roster, via LSU's website.  That's the jersey number on the player in the clip. The other number four on the Tigers roster is transfer cornerback Mansoor Delane

This sort of play could be a preview to the sort of grabs Anderson could make this year for quarterback Garrett Nussmeier. Nuss is expected to be a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, but the wideout group for LSU also has plenty of potential pro talent.

The Tigers just brought in the number one transfer portal class in the nation with new receiving weapons like Barion Brown (Kentucky), Nic Anderson (Oklahoma), and Bauer Sharp (Oklahoma). The team completely revamped their defense to make up for the drop off there with Mansoor Delane (CB, Virginia Tech), Jack Pyburn (EDGE, Florida), and Patrick Payton (EDGE, Florida State). Plus, the blue chip depth rising up from last year's squad looks ready to compete in several key positions. -- Travis May

EA Sports College Football 2026 will be available on July 10th, 2025. It is available to pre-order now.
