UC football stars Corey Kiner and Luke Kandra said their goodbyes to fans on social media this week. Kiner also officially declared for the 2025 NFL Draft as a fringe pick, ranked 259th on the consensus big board as of this writing.

Kiner was one of the most prolific running backs in team history, rushing for 2,562 yards and 14 touchdowns at Cincinnati on 5.4 yards per carry.

Kandra was just as impactful at UC, anchoring the interior of Cincinnati protection unit for an eye-popping 1,698 snaps over his two seasons.

From the 2023 Baylor game through this campaign, Kandra never posted a single-game PFF grade below 63.5 overall. A bastion of consistency who should get taken at least as a Day Three pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
