The LSU Tigers offensive line is set to look completely different this year. Will Campbell, Emery Jones, Miles Frazier, and Garrett Dellinger were all selected this spring in the NFL Draft. Only DJ Chester returns as a starter for 2025 and beyond.
LSU already had several talents waiting in the wings, but that didn't stop Brian Kelly and his staff from adding six new offensive lineman between their freshman and transfers this offseason. Now, after the latest recruiting win, LSU already has four more offensive lineman in the pipeline for 2026 as well. The future of the trenches in Baton Rouge is beginning to look extremely promising.
Brian Kelly may still have some work to do in other critical recruiting areas, but not when it comes to building the offensive line. Coming into this week LSU already had three solid offensive lineman commits, and then they beat out SEC rivals on July 4th for yet another in four star Bryson Cooley.
Cooley is a monstrous 6'6", 315-pound 2026 class four star offensive tackle who projects to offer some positional flexibility up front for LSU. As he committed, it was clear what won him over as he said, "The development shows all around at LSU!"
LSU consistently sends a ton of talent off to the NFL, and lately they've been doing that with their offensive line group more than any other (eight draft picks in the last four years).

Mississippi 4-star OT Bryson Cooley (@Bryson1of1) has committed to LSU.

Cooley was down to LSU, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Mississippi State as one of the highest priority targets for much of the SEC this spring and summer. This is a huge win for Brian Kelly and his staff as they continue to try and rebuild their offensive line for the future.
The only thing truly set about LSU's offensive line for the 2025 season is that DJ Chester will definitely be at center. Tyree Adams, Paul Mubenga, Weston Davis, Coen Echols, plus transfers Braelin Moore and Josh Thompson look like the best six to build around Chester coming out of spring, but heading into the fall the offensive line isn't completely set in stone.
Bryson Cooley will have to compete with two high pedigree freshman from the 2025 class and likely two more in 2026 if he wants to win a starting offensive tackle spot early on, so there's a chance Cooley shifts inside to begin his career at LSU (where the team could use more help from a depth perspective). Regardless of where he lines up, his fast hands and physicality should help him climb the depth chart quickly. Brian Kelly and his staff got another good one here.
