Major Outlet Ranks Dontay Corleone Among Top-50 2024 NFL Draft Prospects

The Bearcats had one player crack Pro Football Focus's top-75 prospects for the 2024 NFL Draft: Defensive tackle Dontay Corleone.

"The Godfather" sits at No. 46 on the list.

"Nicknamed 'The Godfather,' Corleone has been one of the best run defenders in college football over the last two seasons," Trevor Sikkema wrote. "Though he lacks length, his violent hands make him a viable pass-rusher."

Corleone's been UC's best defensive player over the past two seasons. He boasts a 79.1 PFF grade this season after posting the nation's best mark from any defender in 2022 (93.8).

He's posted 26 tackles with two sacks and one pass breakup thus far in 2023. The consensus big board has Corleone ranked 87th overall and 15th among defensive tackles.
