The Miami Hurricanes picked up one of the most impressive wins in the country for Week 3 of the college football season. Miami rolled through the #18 South Florida Bulls in emphatic fashion, winning 49-12 on Saturday evening at Hard Rock Stadium.
The win pushed Miami to 3-0 on the season with two notable wins over Notre Dame and the Bulls. They'll go for a third next weekend against the Florida Gators, and there will be some extra fanfare surrounding that game.
ESPN announced the College Gameday will be coming to Miami for the first time since 2020 for the Canes' clash against the Gators.
SEE YOU NEXT WEEK, MIAMI!

College Gameday will be in attendance for the Miami Hurricanes and Florida Gators on Saturday despite the latter losing on Saturday
The decision by ESPN to come to South Florida for the game is an interesting one, particularly because the Gators haven't exactly done their part to warrant it at this point. Through three weeks, the Gators are 1-2 with a win over Long Island University and losses to USF and LSU. The Gators fell to the Tigers 20-1o on Saturday night in Baton Rouge, with QB DJ Lagway throwing 5 interceptions.
Others marquee games that would have been logical for College Gameday including a trio of games between undefeated teams who were ranked this week: Illinois at Indiana, Texas Tech at Utah, and Auburn at Oklahoma. The Illinois at Indiana game is particularly noteworthy, as Illinois is a top 10 team and Indiana made the playoff last year.
However, Florida and Miami are a bitter rivalry and should draw plenty of interest and viewers on TV, which is obviously something that should interest ESPN. And as such, we'll see plenty of orange on display on Saturday morning before the Canes and Gators do battle on Saturday night at Hard Rock Stadium.
