The Michigan Wolverines' secondary stepped up big in its final regular season game against the Ohio State Buckeyes on Nov. 30, holding the Buckeyes' quarterbacks to less than 200 yards through the air.

Michigan coach Sherrone Moore and defensive backs coach LaMar Morgan relied on transfer portal additions in Columbus including former Albany Great Danes and Richmond Spiders transfer Aamir Hall with star defenders Will Johnson and Rod Moore both sidelined due to injury.

On Monday, reports stated that Michigan was set to welcome another potential transfer portal addition from the SEC who graded out as a three-star prospect in high school.

Brice Pollock of Snellville, Georgia was expected to visit the Wolverines on Tuesday.

A member of the Mississippi State Bulldogs, Pollock announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on Monday via his X account.

A 6-foot-1, 190 pound sophomore this season, the physical defensive back recorded 48 tackles in 2024 and 24 tackles in 2023. He compiled seven passes defensed in 2024 along with one interception and a forced fumble for coach Jeff Lebby's team.

Pollock was given a coverage grade rating of 72.0 by Pro Football Focus, ranking second on his team for the 2024-2025 college football season.
