Michigan's Sherrone Moore Sends Clear Warning to College Football

The 2025 college football season is coming up quickly and the Michigan Wolverines are excited to get back on the field. Sherrone Moore and company are looking to take a big step in the right direction after a disappointing 2024 season.

Last year, the Wolverines finished the season with an 8-5 record. They were able to close out the season with a huge upset victory on the road against the arch-rival Ohio State Buckeyes, but the season did not go as planned.

Moore and company have put in a lot of work for the 2025 season. Bryce Underwood is set to take the field at quarterback and should give the Michigan offense a huge lift.

With that being said, Moore has spoken out with a blunt warning for the rest of college football.

As shared by Alejandro Zuniga of 247 Sports, Moore spoke out with a seven-word message.

"We're ready to put on a show," he said.

Those are strong words. Fans simply want to see improvement.

Just two years ago under former head coach Jim Harbaugh, the Wolverines won a national championship. Going from a championship to an 8-5 season was an eye-opening reality check. Michigan feels confident that it can get back to contending in the Big Ten.

Whether or not that will actually happen will be seen in the near future. Fans are excited to welcome football back, but the work is just beginning. Moore and the Wolverines have big goals in mind and it will be interesting to see if they're able to accomplish them.
