In 13 games this past season, Joseph tallied 24 tackles, three interceptions, and one pass breakup. He finished his career with the Wildcats in style, recording a two interception game in their bowl win over Utah.
Coming out of Monsignor Pace High School in Florida, Joseph held offers from Florida Atlantic, Louisville, Marshall, Michigan, Syracuse, and Vanderbilt in addition to Northwestern.
Joseph will have two years remaining and becomes the third defensive back to transfer to WVU this offseason, joining Ayden Garnes (Duquesne) and TJ Crandall (Colorado State).
