After returning for the first time in nearly decade last summer, it's time once again to get ready for EA Sports' beloved "College Football" title.

Last year's game was the best-selling U.S. sports video game ever, and the AAA publisher is hoping to build off of that success with another well-received product.

In the first taste of what fans can expect, EA revealed the cover for the standard issue of the game on Tuesday which features superstar receivers Jeremiah Smith and Ryan Williams who took the nation by storm this past season as true freshmen.

"Sophomore season loading…" EA Sports shared to X. "Your #CFB26 Cover Stars @Ryanwms1 + @Jermiah_Smith1. Coming July 10."

The Ohio State Buckeyes signal-boosted the announcement with a post of their own. Tagging the first-team All-American, "  @Jermiah_Smith1."

Smith caught 76 passes for 1,315 yards and 15 touchdowns on his way to Big Ten Wide Receiver of the Year and Big Ten Freshman of the Year honors, Rose Bowl MVP and a first-team All-B1G selection.

He also enters his second season in Columbus on the shortlist of Heisman favorites, as well as one of the top names for the Biletnikoff and Walter Camp awards. And now he can add video game cover athlete to his list of accomplishments before 20-years-old — in addition to national champion and future first-round pick.

"EA Sports College Football 26" drops less than two months from now with a full reveal expected on Thursday. CFB 25 was a solid return for the spiritual successor to the "NCAA Football" series which ended in 2013 with "NCAA Football 14."

Last year's title featured Texas' Quinn Ewers, Colorado 's Travis Hunter and Michigan's Donovan Edwards on the standard edition cover.
