Ole Miss Lands RB Commitment From SEC Rival LSU
USA TODAY Sports

Following the departure of Quinshon Judkins via the transfer portal earlier this month, it was only a matter of time before Lane Kiffin and the Ole Miss Rebels landed a running back from the same avenue. On Wednesday, they got a big one.

LSU Tigers transfer running back Logan Diggs announced his commitment to Ole Miss on social media on Wednesday, joining a running back room that was looking for proven production following Judkins' departure. You can view his commitment post here.

Diggs began his collegiate career with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in 2021, but he has spent the last two seasons in Baton Rouge. With all three seasons combined, he has amassed 1,705 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns will averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

A native of Boutte, Louisiana, Diggs will be leaving his home state to join the Rebels for the 2024 season, one that has built a large amount of hype after an 11-2 campaign.
