As the 2024 college football season comes to a close, with eight teams remaining in the College Football Playoff, players across the country have begun making decisions about their future in the sport.
While there has been an influx of players who have entered the transfer portal in the first window, there have also been a handful of top prospects who have declared for the 2025 NFL Draft.
One of the most intriguing quarterback prospects in the nation, Ole Miss Rebels quarterback Jaxson Dart, announced his professional decision just before the team's bowl game.
Dart has declared for the 2025 draft and will play his final college football game on Jan. 2 at 7:30 p.m. ET against the Duke Blue Devils.

Dart finished the 2024 regular-season campaign with 25 touchdowns and 3,875 yards with a 68.6 completion percentage.
The 6-foot-2 quarterback started his career with the USC Trojans in 2021 and transferred to the powerhouse SEC program ahead of the 2022 season.
Over the past two years, Dart has widely been considered one of the best quarterbacks in the country, consistently leading the Rebels to College Football Playoff contention.
Ole Miss finished the 2024 college football regular season with a 9-3 record.
A win over the Blue Devils on Jan. 2 would help the Rebels secure its second straight double-digit win season and third in the last four years.
The Rebels capped off the year with a 5-3 record in SEC play. Ole Miss was listed as the No. 14 team in College Football Playoff rankings.
