The college football prognosticators at On3 released a list of their top 10 quarterbacks for the 2025 season. The familiar and expected names are there; however, the order of the signal-callers may baffle some fans.
The top five quarterbacks in On3's list are Arizona State's Sam Leavitt, Penn State's Drew Allar, Florida's DJ Lagway, Texas' Arch Manning and South Carolina's LaNorris Sellers.
Former Georgia quarterback Carson Beck, who transferred to the Miami Hurricanes on January 10, is ranked No. 7. The top-ranked player in On3's transfer portal rankings finished his 2024 season with the Bulldogs passing for 3,485 yards, 28 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.
Rounding out the rest of the list from six to 10 are LSU's Garrett Nussmeier, Beck, Clemson's Cade Klubnik, Oklahoma's John Mateer and Tennessee's Nico Iamaleava.

Beck committed to Georgia as a four-star recruit in their 2020 class. He selected the Bulldogs over offers from Alabama, Florida, Penn State, Miami and others.
Now leading the Hurricanes, the 6-foot-4, 220-pound signal-caller takes over the team from Heisman finalist Cam Ward.
Anchored by an excellent offensive line, the Miami offense also features a fierce one-two punch in the backfield with running backs Mark Fletcher and Jordan Lyle.
The Hurricanes must replace their top three leading wide receivers so Beck's veteran presence will hopefully spur growth from pass-catchers like C.J. Daniels, JoJo Trader and Ray Ray Joseph. Returning TE Elija Lofton is also expected to make a big leap in his sophomore season.
