One Last Ride: Traeshon Holden Returning to Oregon in 2024

Holden will return for his fourth collegiate season and second season with the Ducks. He transferred from Alabama along with cornerback Khyree Jackson after the 2022 season with the Tide.

At Alabama, Holden caught 46 passes for 570 yards and seven touchdowns. He almost outdid his first two collegiate seasons, posting career-best numbers for Oregon this past season—37 catches for 464 total yards and 7 touchdowns.

Holden was WR3 behind Troy Franklin and Johnson, but was still a huge part of the offense having explosive plays and big third-down catches throughout the season. 

The 6-foot-3, 215-pound receiver will be a big part of Oregon’s passing offense as he'll be featured along with Johnson, former five-star recruit Jurrion Dickey and Gary Bryant Jr. 

Oklahoma transfer quarterback Dillon Gabriel will have plenty of talented targets to throw to in his first and only season with Oregon.

Gabriel expressed his excitement over on social media when he heard the news of Holden’s return.

Junior Adams' big off-season continues as he retained two of his top receivers and signed a big 2024 receiving class, bringing in Dillon Gresham, Ryan Pellum, Jeremiah McClellan and Jack Ressler. 

The receivers coach may not be finished adding talent just yet, as highly-touted Texas A&M wide receiver Evan Stewart arrived in Eugene for his Oregon visit late Thursday night.
