Oregon's Dan Lanning take shot at Deion Sanders, saying YouTube videos don't win games
USA TODAY Sports

Oregon's Dan Lanning doesn't need a reason to dislike Colorado. Between his off-season bulletin board material to telling a current CU coach he wasn't a right fit for football while at Georgia, it was already personal.

However, Lanning took it a couple steps further by taking a jab at Deion Sanders and the entire Buffs football program.

"At end of the day, YouTube videos aren't going to win football games," Lanning said on a Sirius XM radio interview. It's a direct shot at CU video's team with Deion Sanders Jr's Well Off Media, Reach the People, and Thee Pregame Show.

The latest negative feedback is similar to the narrative Lanning offer months ago by saying, "I’m trying to remember what (Colorado) won to effect this conference when they were part of it."

Lanning was trying to be sly and played it cool throughout the week, but he just made this game with Sanders' Buffs extremely personal. A very unusual tone from a guy who should feel like his Ducks team is a front-runner in the Pac-12. Whatever the case, Lanning might be facing a different vibe from Sanders on Saturday.

No. 19 Colorado faces No. 10 Oregon for an afternoon affair at Autzen Stadium. A 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on ABC.
