Pacman Jones drops F-bomb in radio interview ahead of Backyard Brawl

After an 11-year hiatus, the Backyard Brawl between Pitt and West Virginia kicks off on Thursday night in Pittsburgh--and everybody connected with the two programs is pretty fired up for it.

That includes former Mountaineers cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones.

Jones appeared on Pittsburgh's 93.7 The Fan morning show with Adam Crowley (a West Virginia alum) and Dorin Dickerson (a former Pitt player) on Thursday morning ahead of the game and had to have his call dumped because he repeatedly dropped expletives, sharing his disdain for the University of Pittsburgh and its football program.

Jones texted the hosts afterwards apologizing, claiming that he thought he was on satellite radio and not local over the air radio.

Thursday will be the 105th meeting between the two schools, which are separated by just 75 miles, and the first since the 2011 season. West Virginia has won the three previous meetings, but Pitt enters this year's game as a heavy favorite and a No. 17 preseason ranking following an 11-3 season.
