The NCAA Transfer Portal officially opened on Dec. 4 and it’s been as chaotic as expected for just about every program in the country — including WVU.
But when taking a look at Neal Brown and the West Virginia Mountaineers, although they have lost a large chunk of transfers, they have mostly been ale to retain the core members of the team.
