Two weeks of the 2023 season are now in the past.

That means it is once again time to look at how former Auburn Tigers performed at their new homes.

TJ Finley

After a dominant performance in Texas State's season-opening upset over Baylor, TJ Finley took a step back this week.

Finley went 16-30 for 211 yards in the Bobcats' 20-13 loss against UTSA.

Texas State takes on Jackson State this week so Finley will have another chance to prove himself.

Bo Nix

Nix played a vital role in helping the Ducks improve to 2-0 in their 38-30 win over Texas Tech.

Nix put up a stat line of 32-44 for 359 yards and two touchdowns.

Zach Calzada

Calzada was effective through the air in Incarnate Word's 42-7 victory over Northern Colorado.

He went 23-32 for 255 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.

Dematrius Davis

Alabama State lost a close game to Miles College, falling 21-17.

Davis went 14-23 for 151 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.

Week two was similar to week one as far as players who stood out and players who did not. More former Tigers will make impacts as the season goes on.

As the 2023 college football season continues to move along, we will continue to monitor how former Auburn Tigers perform at their new schools.
