Prattville’s 2027 defensive back, Jayden Aparicio-Bailey is considered to be one of the most sought-after prospects in the country.
Aparicio-Bailey holds offers from some of the top schools in the country, with several of them currently making a hard push for him.
“I would say Georgia, South Carolina, Clemson, Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida, Alabama, USC and others as well,” Bailey told Touchdown Alabama when asked which schools are recruiting him the hardest.

Georgia and Clemson are the two teams the four-star has locked in official visits with. Georgia’s staff recently visited Prattville. The junior told Touchdown Alabama his relationship with the Bulldogs is in a great place after visiting Georgia in January.
“It’s amazing,” said Bailey. “They all love me. Coach Donte (Williams), T Rob (Travaris Robinson) and coach Kirby (Smart), they all showed a lot of love when I went down there.”
Clemson’s staff has also done a great job recruiting Bailey.
“Coach (Mike) Reed, coach (Nolan) Turner, their defensive coordinator and coach Swinney they showed me all the most love,” Bailey said.
Alabama also got to see the in-state recruit in January, along with Auburn, Florida and other programs. Kalen DeBoer visited him in January, and the Tide’s defensive back coach, Jason Jones made a separate visit.
Bailey is looking forward to continuing to build his relationship with the Tide.
“The relationship is good,” Bailey said when previously asked about Alabama. “Coach Jones and I have been talking a little more recently, and it was just great for him to come down and see me.”
At 6-foot-2 and 185 pounds, the 2027 prospect displays great anticipation and feel for the game while lining up at safety. This, combined with his ball skills, makes him a ballhawk on the backend. He is looking to get back to Tuscaloosa during the spring.
