Notre Dame football continued their hot streak on the recruiting trail on Thursday, receiving a commitment from 2027 Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb quarterback Teddy Jarrard. Getting your quarterback in a class this early is very important, especially one as talented as Jarrard. The 6-3, 195-pound passer is rated as the No. 2 overall quarterback in the 2027 recruiting class according to the Rivals ranking.

Head coach Marcus Freeman and this Fighting Irish staff are going to want to keep the momentum going, and I think they will. Here are my predictions for the next three commitments for Notre Dame. It includes a couple of very intriguing players in the 2027 group.

DL Elijah Golden - Sarasota (Fla.) Cardinal Mooney

The Elijah Golden recruitment has been slightly weird. Notre Dame has seemingly been the team to beat for a long time, but schools like Alabama have certainly made it interesting. Originally set to make his commitment on July 26th, Golden pushed his decision back to August 9th. I still like where the Irish stand, but it has certainly become murkier. Notre Dame really needs this type of talent on the interior, so I believe they will still close this one out.

DL Deven Robertson (2027) - Hattiesburg (Miss.) Oak Grove

At 6-3 and 307 pounds, Robertson is a big interior player with a ton of upside to continue to tap into. Despite a lot of attention from all over the SEC, Notre Dame has made a huge impact with the Mississippi native. That includes two visits to South Bend already, and I really like where the Fighting Irish stand. I am not alone in that feeling.

RB Amir Brown (2027) - Raleigh (N.C.) Rolesville

Notre Dame has made quite the impact in the state of North Carolina recently, including names like Bryce Young, Micah Gilbert, Rodney Dunham, Ebenezer Ewetade, and Nick Reddish in the past two classes. The Fighting Irish staff is hoping to continue that momentum in the 2027 class as well, and Brown is an early name to know. An extremely gifted runner, Penn State and UNC are a couple of other schools to know. Notre Dame is firmly in this battle.
