The Kentucky Wildcats dominated the ranked Florida Gators from start to finish on Saturday, which has the Cats ranked 20th heading into their matchup with Georgia.
In this ball game, the performance that stood out was Ray Davis, with his nearly 300 scrimmage yards and four touchdowns. This earned him SEC CO-Offensive Player of the Week.
Ole Miss quarterback Jaxon Dart also had a solid day leading his team to a big win over LSU, so this is why Davis has to share the award.
A big reason Davis could put up these video game numbers was thanks to his offensive line, especially Jeremy Flax, who was paving holes all game.
Flax's big game creating space for Davis earned him SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors.
Congrats to these two Cats on their awards, and they are definitely deserved from what we saw on the field against Florida on Saturday.
If Kentucky wants to beat #1 Georgia on Saturday, these two will need to have another big game, moving the football on the ground.
