Alabama redshirt freshman Elijah Pritchett was arrested by Tuscaloosa Police Wednesday night
Pritchett was charged with knowingly passing on a sexually transmitted disease according to a report by the Tuscaloosa Thread.
The offensive lineman has appeared in all 13 games this season for the Crimson Tide, but mainly in a reserve or special teams role. Early in the season, Pritchett was fighting for the left tackle starting job with Kadyn Proctor.
Last Friday it was reported that Pritchett planned to enter the transfer portal, but on Saturday he released a statement that transferring was not in his best interest and that he would be staying with the Crimson Tide.
This story will be updated.
