Robert Griffin III Highlights How Tough it Is at Baylor Right Now

Baylor legend Robert Griffin III kept it real on Saturday, hopping on Twitter with a meme that summed up the current vibe in Waco way too well.

The post? A photo of Ben Affleck, Baylor shirt on, cigarette dangling from his mouth, looking like he just watched another late-game collapse and has fully accepted his fate. No caption. No need. Baylor fans knew exactly what it meant.

It’s been a rough go this season for the Bears. Between the injuries, the losses, and the general confusion about what’s actually going right, it hasn’t been fun. So when RG3, who’s usually hyping Baylor any chance he gets, drops a meme like that, it says a lot. Not in a dramatic way, just in a “yeah, this sucks right now” kind of way.

Griffin didn’t come out and bash anyone or go on some rant. That’s not really his style. But he definitely sent a message, and Baylor fans responded in kind. Some laughed, others nodded in pain, but pretty much everyone agreed that this season has felt like that exact image.

No deep takeaways, no big editorial moment here. Just a guy who knows the program better than almost anyone, sharing what a lot of fans have been feeling for weeks. If you’re a Baylor fan, it’s hard not to relate.
