The No. 8 seed Ohio State Buckeyes won the College Football Playoff national title game by defeating No. 7 Notre Dame.
It's been all celebration for Ohio State, even though they lost defensive coordinator Jim Knowles to Penn State and plenty of players to the NFL draft and transfer portal.
Nonetheless, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day is still doing his celebration tour. On Monday night, Day appeared on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon and got to discuss several things about the Buckeyes' championship season.
One topic that came up was the viral golf cart incident in the tunnel after the victory.
Fallon replayed the video on the show and asked Day about the incident.
"What happened? Was the golf cart too big or the hall?" Fallon asked.
"We are just gunning it through the field, dodging around people and I'm grabbing on, and then we took the corner and it the wall," Day said. " Will Howard's laughing his tail off, and so is Cody Simon."
Fallon said it was like the scene in Austin Powers, and Day had the same thought at the time.
"That's what I said, We're in an Austin Powers movie right now."

It was quite the exchange with Day and Fallon, and the Ohio State head coach sure had a cheery attitude regarding the situation.
Here's the video of Day and others in the golf cart after the game.

The scene Day and Fallon are referring to is from the movie, "Austin Power: International Man of Mystery."
Here is the clip.

It's quite the reference from Day and Fallon, but the Ohio State head coach is able to laugh it off now.
