Ryan Williams Makes Announcement Before Vanderbilt Game

Ryan Williams and the No. 10 Alabama Crimson Tide are looking to collect their fourth win of the season with a Week 6 matchup against the No. 16 Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday.

As a true sophomore, Williams continues to impress, racking up 15 receptions, 238 yards and two touchdowns. He has played a big role in an explosive offense that is averaging 38 points per game and 443.8 total yards per game.

His rise to stardom on the field has made him one of the most sought-after players in the era in which players can get paid for their name, image and likeness (NIL). On3 gives him an NIL valuation of $2.5 million, the 10th highest in college football.

He continues to work with large brands and, on Friday, announced a new partnership, becoming an ambassador with New Era.

On New Era's website, fans can now shop from a section labeled "Ryan's Favorites," which features several different styles of Alabama hats.

"One of the most electric playmakers in college football, Ryan Williams brings speed, agility, and big-play ability to Alabama’s offense, embodying the Crimson Tide’s tradition of excellence," writes New Era.

It adds to an extensive list of recognizable brands he has partnered with, which includes Beats by Dre, Nike, Hollister and Uber Eats.

With that exciting announcement made, Williams is undoubtedly hoping for a big game against a Vanderbilt defense that ranks 10th in the SEC in passing yards per game allowed (199.2).

Currently, ESPN BET lists Alabama as a 10.5-point favorite, while the matchup predictor gives them a 74.3% chance of winning.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium, airing on ABC.
