The 2025 NFL draft didn’t exactly go the way Shedeur Sanders and his dad probably pictured it, but if you think that slowed him down, think again. With a little time to breathe before the chaos of his rookie NFL season kicks in, Shedeur has kept busy and not just with football workouts.

Turns out, he’s carving out a little space for something totally different, and it’s got a family twist too. This time, he’s teaming up with his elder brother on a project that might surprise a lot of people and it has nothing to do with the gridiron.

Shedeur’s older brother, Deion Sanders Jr., just released a new track Thursday called “Miami with Shedeur.”

Now, Shedeur doesn’t actually rap on the song, but he is credited as a composer so it’s still a full family affair. From the beats to the lyrics to the vocals, it’s all staying under one roof.

Interestingly, this isn’t even Shedeur’s first time dipping his toes into the rap game. Turns out, he’s quite the artist himself he actually dropped his own rap song earlier this year.

Long before talk of him entering the draft, Shedeur dropped a catchy track called “Perfect Timing,” where he rapped about spoiling himself with a $70K watch and a new car thanks to his NIL deals.

He even performed it live at Colorado’s spring game last year, and it instantly caught on. The Buffaloes made it his personal anthem blasting it every time he scored. Of course, it wouldn’t be the Sanders family without a little controversy, right?
