Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders is likely to be one of the top picks in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Tennessee Titans (3-14) must consider taking a passer with the No. 1 overall pick that they secured as of Sunday night's results.
Tennessee fans in attendance for the Titans 23-14 Week 18 home loss against the Houston Texans made it known they want Sanders next year.
Trailing 13-0 to Houston in the first half of the game, the CBS broadcast panned to a group of Tennessee fans in attendance at Nissan Stadium.
Two Titans fans wore brown paper bags on their heads to express their displeasure with the team's season to date. One had no words, but simply a cutout picture of Sanders taped to the front of his makeshift headgear. Subtle, to say the least.
Sanders saw the clip posted by SportsCenter's Instagram account and responded.
"Legendary," wrote the quarterback.
Whom Tennessee selects with the No. 1 overall pick remains to be seen, if they choose to select at the top of the draft. What is certain is that this team is headed for a quarterback overhaul.
We'll see whether the son of coach Deion Sanders is the move.
