St. Paul’s 2027 Linebacker, Will Abrams is entering his junior season, and he continues to attract power four attention as his offer list grows.

Abrams currently holds offers from Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, Michigan and others. Multiple other programs, who have not offered Abrams yet have continued to build relationships with the St. Paul’s product. Auburn and Arkansas are two of those programs.

“My relationship with Auburn has been brewing for some time now,” Abrams said. “Whenever I visit, they always show love and treat me like family. Their recruitment process is more character and personality evaluating, which stands out from other schools. I can definitely see myself fitting into their culture and organization.”

Arkansas’ head football coach Sam Pittman and his staff started to build a rapport with Abrams during the spring.

“My relationship with Arkansas began this spring when they came down and visited,” Abrams told Touchdown Alabama. “Coach Fountain (Arkansas’ assistant coach) is a genuine guy and he has been doing this for a while so he definitely knows the game.”

Michigan’s prestigious history has made quite an impression on Abrams. The Wolverines were the fist program to offer the rising junior.

“Michigan has always been a cornerstone in my recruitment, just being a prestigious program academically and athletically,” Abrams said. “They were the first school to offer me and Coach Brian Jean-Mary is a down-to-earth guy. Michigan knows how to win. They always have. They win with their brand of football, which is toughness and running the ball effectively. I believe Coach (Sherrone) Moore will bring Michigan back into the National Championship conversation.”

Abrams plans to line up more inside the box as a true inside linebacker for his junior season.

“The move to the inside will benefit everyone because I am an experienced player, and I have the trust from the coaching staff,” said Abrams. “For the past two years, coaches have seen me play outside the box. The next thing I want to do is show I am versatile enough to play anywhere on the field. The biggest goal for me right now is focused on getting our younger guys more comfortable in their roles. That would be the biggest victory in my assessment.”
