A five-star recruit, 247Sports ranked Sanders as the No. 1 running back in the nation coming out of IMG Academy in 2019.
Knee and hip injuries derailed most of Sanders' time with Alabama. In his freshman year, Sanders was involved in a car accident, sustaining injuries that required surgery.
This season, Sanders saw limited action in ten games with Alabama. Sanders carried the ball only 14 times, averaging 5.7 yards per carry for 80 yards and a touchdown.
Over 25 career games with the Crimson Tide, Sanders averaged 4.6 yards per carry, compiling 528 yards and three scores off 116 attempts.
Sanders is the latest former Crimson Tide member to make the jump to TCU, joining offensive lineman Tommy Brockermeyer and wideout JoJo Earle.
#TCU banking off its CFB Playoff run with the No. 18 class per @247Sports. Frogs have been excellent in the portal with commits from the following ...

4-star Florida CB Avery Helm
4-star Bama OL Tommy Brockermeyer
4-star Bama WR Jojo Earle
4-star LSU TE Jack Beck
Once pursued by the likes of Florida, Florida State, Georgia, and Texas, Sanders has obvious talent. Now, he'll look to take advantage of a new opportunity with TCU.
Sanders' new squad is preparing for the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship game. They'll take on the undefeated Georgia Bull Dogs at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Monday, January 9.
