Several programs are in the mix for Riggins, but this appears to be a battle between Texas A&M and Tennessee.
The Aggies are likely the favorites because of the distance factor (College Station is three hours away from his hometown, compared to Knoxville which is 12.5 hours away). But the Vols are certainly hoping for some good news, as evidenced by Heupel's visit this week.
Tennessee currently has six players committed to its 2025 recruiting class, which is ranked No. 9 in the nation.
