The latest 2025 NFL mock draft from Pro Football Focus has Tennessee Vols defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott landing with an NFL Super Bowl contender.

PFF has the Buffalo Bills selecting Norman-Lott in the second round (No. 62 overall) of the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Bills, which have the reigning NFL MVP in quarterback Josh Allen on their roster, came up one game short of reaching the Super Bowl this past season.

From PFF: Norman-Lott dominated as an interior pass rusher in 2024, posting a 30.8% win rate on true pass sets — the highest among defensive tackles in this draft class with at least 100 pass-rush snaps.

Norman-Lott, who started his career at Arizona State before transferring to Tennessee, has seen his draft stock rise over the last couple of months thanks in large part to a solid performance at the Senior Bowl in January.

Interestingly, there were some folks at the Senior Bowl who felt like Tennessee "wasted" Norman-Lott due to the low amount of snaps he played for the Vols in 2024.

"I don't know where he plays on this Tennessee team, because everybody I've talked to down here considers him a first round talent," said said 104.5 The Zone's Zac Lyons on Cover 2 with Blaine and Zach. "I don't know if I'd go that far. I think maybe a second round [talent], but I will say this -- I don't think Tennessee used him enough at the University of Tennessee. That's the general feeling I've gotten from talking to a few people down here on the sidelines that are from various companies and NFL teams, is that Tennessee kind of wasted Omarr Norman-Lott. And I thought that was so interesting. They got so heavy into a rotation."

Norman-Lott averaged just 17.3 snaps per game for Tennessee in 2024 (he played 226 snaps in 13 games).

By comparison, Penn State's Abdul Carter, Michigan's Mason Graham, and Ole Miss' Walter Nolen all averaged 45 snaps per game last season.
