Tennessee Vols senior tight end Miles Kitselman announced on Monday that he's returning to Rocky Top for the 2025 college football season.
Kitselman, who transferred from Alabama to Tennessee ahead of the 2024 season, was granted an extra year of eligibility thanks to the NCAA board of directors recently approving an extra year(s) of eligibility to players who previously spent time at a non-NCAA school.
Before playing at Alabama in 2022 and 2023, Kitselman competed at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas.
Kitselman referenced "unfinished business" in his return announcement.
Kitselman, who has 13 career starts in 32 games (including his time at Alabama) caught 22 passes for 301 yards and four touchdowns for the Vols in 2024.
The Kansas native will serve as one of Tennessee's top tight ends in 2025, along with rising redshirt sophomore Ethan Davis.
Holden Staes, who transferred from Notre Dame to Tennessee after the 2023 season, entered the NCAA transfer portal earlier this month.
