College football fans are in for a treat this Saturday, that's for sure. Although the quarterfinals for the College Football Playoff haven't begun yet, there are a handful of intriguing bowl games on the schedule.

The action begins at 11 a.m. ET with UConn and Notre Dame in the Wasabi Fenway Bowl. It was reported on Friday that Bill Belichick won't attend this game. He's currently focused on building UNC's roster for the 2025 season. One hour after this game starts, Nebraska will take on Boston College in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl. There'll be plenty of interest in that game since the Cornhuskers haven't been to a bowl game since 2016.

The best game on the schedule might just be the Pop-Tarts Bowl between Iowa State and Miami. Both programs were vying for a spot in the CFP before slipping up late in the season.

Here's the full schedule:

  • UConn vs. North Carolina - 11 a.m. ET on ESPN
  • Boston College vs. Nebraska - 12 p.m. ET on ABC
  • Louisiana vs. TCU - 2:15 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • Iowa State vs. Miami - 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC
  • Miami (OH) vs. Colorado State - 4:30 p.m. ET on The CW Network
  • East Carolina vs. NC State - 5:45 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • BYU vs. Colorado - 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC
  • Louisiana Tech vs. Army - 9:15 p.m. ET on ESPN

Fans will be locked in on the Valero Alamo Bowl between BYU and Colorado, especially since Deion Sanders announced that all his starters will play. This will be the final time we see Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders compete at the collegiate level.

"Our kids are going to play in our bowl game, because that's what we signed up to do, and we're going to finish," Sanders said. "We're not going to tap out, because that throws off the structure of next season. There's a couple of teams that you take note. They laid an egg in the bowl game, and they haven't recovered since. We don't plan on doing that. We plan on going out there and fighting just like we fought today, regardless of where we are."

We can't wait to see how Saturday's bowl game schedule plays out.
