Colorado cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter is one of the best prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft class.

He excelled at both positions during his collegiate career and won the Heisman Trophy during the 2024 season. He finished with 96 receptions for 1,258 yards and 15 touchdowns as a wide receiver and 35 total tackles, 11 passes defended, one forced fumble, and four interceptions as a cornerback.

He is widely expected to be drafted in the top five of this year's draft and according to The Athletic's Jeff Howe, there is a "growing belief" that Hunter is the favorite to be selected second overall by the Cleveland Browns

He would make the Browns better on either side of the field, no matter which position he chooses. He helped Colorado win nine games during the 2024 season, the program's most since 2016.

Hunter and his fellow teammate, quarterback Shedeur Sanders, are both expected to be selected in the top five of the 2025 NFL Draft. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders hopes that they are the first two picks in the draft when it starts on April 24.

"They should be going 1-2, that's the way I feel about it. They are the two best players in this draft," Sanders said, via ESPN's Jeff Legwold. "The surest bets in this draft are those two young men, and I didn't stutter or stammer when I said that."

If the Tennessee Titans take Miami quarterback Cam Ward first overall, the Browns will have a chance to select Hunter with the second overall pick.

The 2025 NFL Draft will occur from April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
