It wouldn't be surprising if no player in college football history is able to replicate what Colorado cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter has done this year.
His ability to play on both sides of the ball is something no one has ever seen at this level, and it put him in conversations as potentially the No. 1 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Of course, though, there's speculation that when he does reach the next level, he will have to choose between a position and stick to it.
He recently talked to Scott Vane Pelt on ESPN and was asked if he already preferred one.
“Whatever is to help my team, that’s what I'm going to ask, but hopefully, they give me the chance to show them what I can do on both sides of the ball," he said.
"I'm a leader on both sides of the ball."

His numbers suggest he can be a great player no matter what he chooses.
This year, as a receiver for the Buffaloes, Hunter had 92 receptions, 1,152 yards, and 14 touchdowns.
He was just as effective as a cornerback, allowing 22 receptions, 208 yards, and one touchdown on 38 targets. He also reeled in four interceptions and 11 pass deflections.
If he chooses corner, and is drafted No. 1, he would be the first defensive back taken that high since 1956 when the Pittsburgh Steelers selected Gary Glick from Colorado A&M.
A wide receiver hasn't been picked first since Keyshawn Johnson went to the New York Jets in 1996.
