Tulsa vs. Arkansas odds: Opening point spread revealed

Tulsa and Arkansas will go head-to-head in Week 4 of the 2026 college football season, and the odds for the matchup have been revealed via Polymarket. The kickoff time and how to watch the game are also available.

This will be the 74th meeting between Tulsa and Arkansas and the first since 2018. In 2019, the teams agreed to a three-game non-conference series starting this year. The next game will be at Tulsa in 2027, and the final game will be played at Arkansas in 2029. This year’s game will be played in Fayetteville.

Arkansas has opened as a 7.5-point favorite against Tulsa on the Polymarket app, while the over/under is set at 55.5 points. Traders say that the Razorbacks have a 49% chance of winning and a 43% chance of covering the spread.

Arkansas has lost its last two games after beating North Alabama in the season opener. On Saturday, the Razorbacks fell to Georgia 45-17 in their first SEC game of the year. QB KJ Jackson completed 20-of-27 passes for 212 yards and one touchdown in the loss.

“Clearly, we didn’t go out there and execute like we needed to,” Arkansas head coach Ryan Silverfield said after the game. It starts with, offensively, the ineffectiveness to run the football. And I think, ultimately, that allows for a disadvantage of other things. I don’t think the quarterback’s played particularly well. We’ve got to make better decisions in the pass game. And then, I believe, six inopportune drops. So those things, we’ve got to be able to get cleaned up.”

Silverfield added, “The guys are frustrated, and rightfully so. But what I told them is we’ve got to continue to stick together, and we’ve got to continue to find ways to grow and improve. If we make steady improvements every single week and we keep building, keep fighting, good things are in store for us.”

Tulsa enters the game 3-0 after shutting out East Texas A&M 42-0 on Saturday. In its first three games, Tulsa has surrendered no more than 17 points. The program kicked off the 2026 season with a 24-10 victory over Oklahoma State.
