After wrapping up his sophomore season at UCF, tight end Kylan Fox plans to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal, via Hayes Fawcett.
The 6-foot-4, 229-pound tight end totaled 16 receptions for 137 yards and one touchdown in 2025, as the Knights finished a disappointing 5-7 in their third season in the Big 12. Over the past two seasons, Fox appeared in 23 games and made three starts, carving out a role as a rotational pass-catcher.
A former four-star prospect out of Grayson High School in Georgia, Fox received several Power Five offers before landing with UCF, according to 247Sports.

Fox becomes the fifth UCF player to enter the transfer portal this offseason and still has two years of eligibility remaining.
In Scott Frost’s first season back at the helm, UCF finished 13th in the Big 12 and endured its third consecutive losing season. The Knights have not won a bowl game since 2021.
With roster turnover mounting, the offseason will be critical for Frost as he looks to rebuild momentum heading into 2026. Replacing Fox’s size and athleticism at tight end will be a key piece of that puzzle.
UCF dropped its regular-season finale to No. 11 BYU and lost four of its final five games to close out the year.
