Urban Meyer Heading Back to Columbus For 2023 Coaches Clinic

From April 13-15, up-and-coming coaches will have the opportunity to learn from some Ohio State Buckeyes legends.

Among the names speaking at this year's coaches clinic: Ryan Day, Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops, former Ohio State head coaches John Cooper, Jim Tressel and Urban Meyer and former Ohio State quarterback Kirk Herbstreit, in addition to the Buckeyes' current coaches and strength and conditioning staff.

If signing up prior to March 31, the cost is $75, but if signing up after March 31, that price jumps to $85 per person.

April 13 will feature a three-hour clinic at 6 p.m., before "chalk talk" at 9 p.m. and a social session at 9:45 p.m.

On April 14, prospective coaches will be able to observe the 8:30 a.m. practice session before an 11:15 a.m. clinic. At 3 p.m., the speakers will give their final thoughts and conclude.

Then on April 15, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., prospective coaches will be guided through Ohio State's weight room given tips on proper weightlifting that helps football movements prior to the Buckeyes' Spring Game at noon, which all attendees will receive a ticket to.
