USC Makes Another Major Addition to No. 1 Recruiting Class

The USC Trojans have solidified their position atop the 2026 recruiting rankings with the commitment of four-star offensive lineman Esun Tafa. Hailing from Corner Canyon High School in Draper, Utah, Tafa is ranked as one of the top interior offensive linemen in the nation and brings both size and versatility to USC's already stacked recruiting class.

Standing at six-foot-four and weighing 295 pounds, Tafa is known for his physicality, advanced technique, and ability to dominate in the trenches. His commitment marks a significant win for head coach Lincoln Riley and offensive line coach Zach Hanson, who have prioritized building a strong foundation in the trenches as USC prepares for its transition to the Big Ten. Tafa had previously committed to Washington but reopened his recruitment earlier this year, with USC quickly emerging as the frontrunner.

Tafa's decision to join the Trojans is also deeply personal. With strong family ties to Southern California, including relatives who are USC fans, Tafa has long admired the program's rich history and its legacy of Polynesian players. "It's an honor to be part of something so special," Tafa said. "USC feels like home."

The addition of Tafa further strengthens USC's number one recruiting class, which now includes multiple four-star prospects across key positions. As the Trojans continue to dominate on the recruiting trail, their 2026 class is shaping up to be one of the most talented in recent memory, setting the stage for future success in the Big Ten.
