Watch: Alabama DL Quinnen Williams hilariously stops himself from trash-talking Kyler Murray
Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

Alabama defensive lineman Quinnen Williams is very, very well schooled.

Williams was answering media questions on Thursday ahead of Saturday’s College Football Playoff game against Oklahoma. He was asked whether he had gone up against a quarterback like Kyler Murray. Williams was so close to trash-talking the Heisman Trophy winner and slighting the Sooners QB. But he stopped himself mid-thought and decided not to continue, hilariously saying “I’m good.”

Just as Big Cat said on Twitter, a furious Nick Saban flashed in Williams’ mind and he shut himself down. That was smart, because the last thing he wants to do is give Oklahoma some bulletin-board material ahead of the game. You think a player wants to see this furious face chewing him out? No thanks.
