Coming into today's spring scrimmage game, all eyes were set on Georgia's quarterback room. The Bulldogs have spent this spring trying to figure out who their next starting quarterback will be, and after today's spring scrimmage, we got a glimpse of where each quarterback is at in their development.

The biggest star of the day was the veteran Carson Beck. He finished today's game with 231 passing yards, completed 18 out of his 21 passing attempts, and a touchdown. An answer may not be given just yet in regard to who the starter will be, but Beck looks to be the front-runner after today. Vandagriff got his fair share of reps with the first unit during the second half of the scrimmage.

We caught up with Vandagriff after Georgia's spring game to talk about his performance and how he has progressed this spring. Here is what he had to say:

As Vandagriff mentioned, there has not been any indication as to when head coach Kirby Smart will names his starting quarterback, so for now, the position battle will continue throughout the offseason.

Georgia's spring game ended in a final score of 31 to 26 with the red team coming out on top. Fans also got their first look at what Georgia's offense looks like with Mike Bobo making his return to being the Bulldogs' offensive coordinator this season. It wasn't just a big day for the offense though. The defense had several big plays throughout the game as defensive back Tykee Smith and linebacker Raylen Wilson both had impressive interceptions today.
