Watch: Iowa State HC goes after heckling fan

After Iowa State's 10-7 loss to Ohio, head coach Matt Campbell was hearing it from his own fans, leading to an uncomfortable incident after the game.

While Iowa State walked off the field, a Cyclone fan yelled that the coach was on "the hot seat," prompting a reaction from Campbell, who had to be restrained by players and staff.

Tensions were already high after a controversial end to Saturday's game. Trailing Ohio 10-0 late in the fourth quarter, Iowa State had seemingly cut the deficit to seven after a made field goal. However, officials ruled the kick no-good, and the Cyclones went on to fall by only a field goal.

Iowa State has lost two straight, falling to 1-2. Perhaps the program's recent struggles, coupled with an ongoing gambling scandal, are wearing on the head coach.
