Watch: Kirby Smart falls down after chest-bump celebration with Travon Walker
John Reed-USA TODAY Sports

Kirby Smart was so hyped after Georgia’s big fourth-down stop to beat Auburn on Saturday night that he fell down after jumping to congratulate one of his players.

Georgia was up 21-14 with 1:44 left and Auburn had the ball at the 27 for a 4th-and-10. With a stop, Georgia would be able to run out the clock and win the game. The Bulldogs sacked Tigers quarterback Bo Nix to win the game.

Smart was so pleased he ran over to jump at Travon Walker, who made the sack.

Smart was asked about his tumble after the game and said he “feels great, couldn’t feel better.”

Who can blame him? The team got a big road win and is now 9-1.

Kirby’s jump and enthusiastic celebration was noticed by many, including former LSU star Jamal Adams, who is now with the Jets.

Many players like coaches who show that kind of emotion. Georgia faces Texas A&M next and then Georgia Tech.
